Student Learning Outcomes

  1. Students will identify human sectional anatomy.
  2. Students will apply the physical principles of ultrasound.
  3. Students will exercise professional judgment.
  4. Students will demonstrate appropriate math concepts.
  5. Students will demonstrate communication skills with staff.
  6. Students will demonstrate competency.

Program Effectiveness Outcomes

  1. Responses on the returned Graduate Surveys will have a composite score of 4 or greater on a 5 point rating scale.
  2. Responses on the returned Employer Surveys will have a composite score of 4 or greater on a 5 point rating scale.
  3. Students will complete the program within 3 years.
  4. Graduates must be employed as a sonographer in a position requiring concentration credential ARDMS (RDMS or RVT), ARRT(S), or CCI (RVS).
  5. Graduates will become credentialed within one year of graduation.
