World language classes fulfill certain degree requirements and also lay a foundation to increase your fluency beyond basic conversation skills.
These classes increase your employability as well because the world is run by a global economy and international business opportunities are increasing. Knowing American Sign Language is useful in Human Resources, social work and education, among other professions. Studying ESL enables you to work abroad or with large, multi-national companies.
