The OH! FAME program blends classroom instruction with onsite work experience at a sponsoring company’s manufacturing facility.
It is a selective admissions program where students are chosen to participate by a sponsoring company based on the student’s academic success, math capabilities, and interpersonal skills during the interview process.
The sponsoring company pays for at least 50% of the student’s tuition and fees at Owens, and employs the student for a minimum of 24 hours per week at a minimum wage of $15 an hour.
