Beginning Fall 2013 a transportation and parking fee will be applied to student accounts. The fee will apply per semester based on a sliding scale as follows:
If you are a new student or a returning student who is applying for re-admission, a $20 fee will be assessed for completing the admissions application beginning Monday, March 18, 2013. The fee will be charged at the time you register for classes.
After you complete an admissions application, it remains active for one semester. If you do not register for classes during that semester, you must re-apply in order to attend classes the next semester.
Beginning Fall Semester 2013, a $50 late registration fee will be assessed if you initially register for classes after the deadline listed below. The fee will only be charged for fall and spring semesters.
The late registration fee can be avoidable by planning ahead for your schedule of classes and registering before the On-time Registration deadline.
Students who have been withdrawn from classes and are requesting to be admitted back into classes will be charged a $50 non-refundable readmittance fee. This fee must be paid at time of readmittance.
Owens Community College has partnered with Higher One, a financial services company, to bring a new method of refund disbursement to students. Financial aid and tuition refunds will be disbursed to students via the Owens HigherOne Card.

All cash and check payments are to be made by using the drop box located in College Hall by room 144, across the hall from Oserve for the Toledo campus and for Findlay in the Common Area by the bookstore. All refunds from payments will be sent to students' Higher One accounts.

In order to control the rising cost of higher education, the Office of Student Accounts does not mail bills via U.S. Mail. Please refer to your Acc. Sum. by Term on your Ozone account under Student Quick Links.
