The Food, Nutrition and Hospitality department offers programs in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts and Nutrition/Dietetic Technology. The new state-of-the-art culinary center focuses on providing students with technical skills providing innovative classes to allow creativity and artistry.
Graduates in Food, Nutrition and Hospitality programs find opportunities as dietetic technicians, wellness coaches, event planners, chef, Sous-chef, food service and restaurant managers. Employers of these graduates include Hollywood Casino, St. Jullian's Fitness, Armstrong Nutrition Management, Compass Group, AVI Food Service, Swig Charcuterie, Zia's and Ciao's.

In keeping with the high demand in the growth industry of Health Care Support Technology, we offer programs in Health Information Technology, Medical Coding, Medical Office Support and our unique Cancer Information Management Program. These programs utilize the latest in technology for electronic health records.
Our Health Support Technologies graduates work as medical office support personnel, medical coders, quality analysts, electronic health record specialists, and clinical documentation specialists. Employers include physician offices, medical clinics, Promedica Health Systems, Mercy Health Partners, and University of Toledo Medical Center.
