Findlay-area Campus Presents "Animals Acting Like People"
8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Owens Findlay-area campus library will proudly display children�s picture book illustrations from the Mazza Museum featuring �Animals Acting Like People!� If you have ever granted personhood to your favorite pet or told a child he or she was eating like a bird, this is an exhibit you will want to see. Cross-Cultural Communication Workshop
2:00 PM - 3:15 PM Dr. Krishna Han, Assistant Director for the Diversity Education Program at Bowling Green State University, will conduct a workshop that focuses on cross-cultural communication and emphasizes fundamental cultural differences that impact behavior, interaction and perception. The workshop also addresses multiculturalism beyond borders and is designed to help individuals understand how to effectively communicate with people who have grown up in different cultures, particularly international students.
