Ascertainment of presenting symptomatology, diagnostic evaluations, extent of disease evaluations and treatment modalities to include surgery, chemotheraphy, radiation therapy, hormonal therapy, immunotherapy, palliative therapies, alternative therapies specific to cancer site and type.
