CJS 123 - Constitutional Law & Evidence
Conducts a thorough examination of the rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights as well as Supreme Court decisions that affect police actions such as arrest, search, seizure, detention, interviews, interrogations, identification, informants, entrapment and confessions. The Rules of Evidence and the Exclusionary Rule are also examined in detail. The Appeals process is also studied.
