EMP 150 - Hazardous Materials and WMD
Discusses the various types of hazardous materials with which the student will possibly have to deal with at an incident scene. The proper procedures for identifying these materials, the dangers they pose to life and the environment, the correct methods of mitigating their effect and cleanup of the incident site are covered. Also covers Weapons of Mass Destruction involving biological, chemical, radiological, nuclear and explosive materials.
