FNH 240 - Hospitality Event Planning
This course will provide a broad overview of the Meetings, Expositions, Events, and Conventions (MEEC). It will educate the student on how the MEEC industry relates to the hospitality industry as well as the influence it has on the economy. The student will be introduced to the legalities, skills, terms related to the MEEC industry. The student will also learn how all of the components of the MEEC industry relate to each other.
