HPE 125 - Tai Chi
Basic principles of TaiChi are introduced in this course. Soft exercises, using breathing techniques and defensive movements, will be practiced. The primary functions of TaiChi, stress release and the strengthening of the body and mind's energy and flexibility levels will be covered.
