HPE 130 - Hap Ki Do
Basic fundamentals of an ancient oriental aerobic system for both mind and body are introduced. While there is no physical contact involved in this course, exercising the movements of the martial arts forms allows students to develop greater mental focus in addition to greater physical coordination and muscle tone.
