OAD 230 - Intro to the Virtual Office
A virtual assistant, or VA, is a highly skilled professional who provides administrative support and other specialized services to businesses, entrepreneurs, executives, sales professionals, and others who have more work to do than time to do it. This course emphasizes the understanding of the virtual assistant concept, business planning, establishing a web presence, specialty services, operating the business, and other topics as needed. The goal of this class is to create a workable virtual assistant business and marketing plan.
