About Kamren
I am currently pursuing a master’s in Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Toledo. I have experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and a variety of diagnoses in the hospital systems as well as in outpatient community work. I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual and meet the client’s needs. I draw on techniques from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and holistic and integrative therapies. In sessions, I focus on empowering the client and ensuring the client has a safe space in my office to openly discuss their feelings and beliefs free of judgment.
