The field of technology is ever changing and at the Help Desk we recognize the challenges that this may offer to users of the Owens systems.  We are committed to helping you to perform your work by assisting you with  any difficulties you may encounter while working with our technical systems.

Our records indicate that you made a request of the Help Desk within the past month.  We would like to follow up with you about how satisfied you are with the assistance you received and to ask for any suggestions you may have about ways that our service to you could be improved.  The survey below should take no more than ten minutes of your time and it will offer us valuable information about ways that we can better serve you.  Thank you very much for your help!
