The 2026 Passages Juried High School Art Show is open to the public through March 21 in the Walter E. Terhune Art Gallery in the Center for Fine and Performing Arts. There were 406 submissions — the most ever received — from 17 local high schools.

The Owens Community College Radio (OCCR) is celebrating its 10th anniversary on Monday, March 16. To mark the occasion, OCCR and Owens OutComm Media Center staff will present a Retro Media static exhibit displayed throughout the SHAC Media Corridor from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The exhibit will highlight the evolution of student media at Owens and honor the voices, creativity and collaboration that’s defined the first 10 years.
Briana K. Palmer, J.D., the assistant dean for the University of Toledo’s College of Law, will be giving an informational presentation on the University of Toledo’s College of Law. She will summarize the application process to UT’s College of Law and the available scholarships. She will also explain how Owens students can plan their academic journeys so they could eventually apply to UT’s College of Law. This presentation is open to Owens students, staff members and community members.
Get ready to show your wild side during an Animal Meet & Greet from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Thursday, March 19 in between College and Administration halls. Interact with exotic and education animals, all handled by experienced caretakers.
