The delegates to the Constitutional Convention met on September 17, 1787 to sign the U.S. Constitution, the supreme law of our land. Join Dr. Steve Culbertson, Professor Megan Kerr and other Owens students and staff members as they discuss U.S. history that highlights the topic on the importance of expanding the rights of the U.S. democracy to more individuals.
