DESCRIPTION:<p>The Oregon Road Film Series (ORFS) is hosting its Spring 202
 5 Film Challenge between March 14-16.</p>\n<p>The ORFS gives participating
  teams a 48-52 hour timeframe to create a short film with a specific theme
  for the free challenge. Films can last up to eight minutes long.</p>\n<p>
 A kickoff meeting will be held at noon on Friday\, March 14 in College Hal
 l 100. If someone wants to participate but does not have a team\, come to 
 the kickoff meeting to get set up with a team.</p>\n<p>You can pre-registe
