DESCRIPTION:Around 30 students from the Owens ASPIRE program will graduate
at 6 p.m. on Thursday\, May 29 in Veterans Hall 201. The students will rec
eive their high school equivalency (HSE) certification.\nThe Owens Aspire
program offers free classes on campus and at many sites along the I-75 cor
ridor\, from Toledo to Findlay in adult basic skills\, English for Speaker
s of Other Languages and other Workforce training. This ceremony marks the
culmination of much hard work for graduates who have persevered and overc
ome many challenges to attain their academic goals.
