Email your photo with details about where it was taken and persons included in the photo, to lyndsay_dimick@owens.edu by Sunday, November 15.

Discover the World

Share interesting and unique facts about your country. What are the things about your home country that really stand out? A place? A person who is a leader, musician, actor? A special event? Let your Owens family know! Write 150 words or less in English to be posted on the International Student Services Facebook page. Email your details to lyndsay_dimick@owens.edu by Sunday, November 15.

Flavors around the World

Submit your original, favorite recipe for our online cookbook. To be included in our online cookbook, please include the name of your dish, the country/cultural origin of the recipe, a brief description of the dish, the type of food that it is, the story behind the recipe (if any) with the recipe. Please also send a photo of the cooked dish. Your name and country will be published with the recipe. Submit recipes to lyndsay_dimick@owens.edu Sunday, November 15.

All recipes will be published on the International Student Services website.
