Your Success Starts Here Lechryl WoodyHoliday Card designed by Lechryl WoodyThe holiday drawing and design of Owens Community College student Lechryl Woody, of Toledo, was selected from among more than 20 of her fellow classmates to become the official Owens Holiday Card of 2001. Students in the Electronic Page Design class (DMT 225) taught by Digital Media Technology Instructor Becky Smith, submitted designs as a class project to Dr. Christa Adams, Owens Community College President. Dr. Adams said she selected Woody's card for the College because of the theme of diversity and message of "Peace on Earth." "Lechryl's creative design was so impressive," Dr. Adams said. "It simply reflected a message that is very meaningful and appropriate at this time." A digital media technology major, Woody is a graduate of Orange High School and originally from Cleveland.

Amy Dlugosielski and Emily Coy, both from Toledo, were second and third in the selection process.
