FINDLAY - Anyone interested in taking college classes or starting a new career is invited to "SuccessFest" Thursday-Saturday, August 1-3 at the Owens Community College Findlay Campus.
For added convenience, the College will be open extra hours for SuccessFest 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 1. The Owens Findlay Campus is located at the corner of Cory and Davis streets.
Assessment testing will be offered, along with academic advising and registration for Fall Semester classes. Students also should bring their 2001 tax forms for electronic financial aid filing.
"Students will have the opportunity to meet with academic advisors to learn about course options and student services offered at Owens Community College," said Dr. Bill Ivoska, Owens Interim Vice President of Student Services. "In addition, they also will be able to take the college placement test and register for fall classes."
Students also may register 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 2, and from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 3. Fall Semester classes begin August 26.
