Owens Observes September 11 Tragedy

September 11th Observation Owens Community College faculty, staff and students, as well as members of the community, gathered outside Administration Hall at 8:46 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11 to observe a moment of silence, followed by the ringing of Technologies Hall's bells to mark the first anniversary of the September 11 tragedy.

Owens' students, Donna Ofterholzer of Perrysburg and John Byers of Grand Rapids, prepared a memorial display honoring the victims of September 11.
