Landscape Design Class Offered, August 19 & 21 At Owens Workforce and Community Services Division

Whatever the color of your thumb, learn the tips and tricks to ensure your garden blossoms with beauty as Owens Community College offers a new Landscape Design Enrichment class on August 19 and 21.

The Landscape Design course will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday, August 19 and 21 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the College's Workforce and Community Services Division, located on Tracy Road in Northwood.

"Learning how to properly care for spring flowering bulbs can add radiant color to any garden," said Jay Brewster, Owens Instructor for the Landscape Design Enrichment class. "This course will show you how to enjoy continuous color schemes from late winter to early summer."

Brewster added, "Design principles also will be covered to stylize your backyard with healthy perennial bulbs."

The course also will include material on planting, growing and caring for your spring flowering bulbs.
