When faculty want to refer a student, the following process is followed:
- Faculty refer students to the Student Retention Program by completing an online referral form located on the Intranet. Click here for the form. (You will be required to log into the Intranet)
- A Student Retention Advocate will contact the faculty member to discuss the referral.
- The faculty member informs the student of the referral and the Student Retention Program contacts the student to set an initial appointment.
- The student and the Student Retention Advocate meet to discuss the situation and build a plan of intervention with input from the faculty member.
