How To Register for Classes
Adding or Dropping Courses
During the official add/drop periods, you can add or drop courses online, by mail, by fax or in person at the Student Financial Services office.
To meet with a Student Financial Services Advisor in person, schedule an appointment to make changes to your schedule.
Once registered, you may adjust your course schedule as needed up to the published deadlines.
Register for Classes by Mail or Fax
Registering by Mail
Any student can add or drop a course by mail. To add or drop a course by mail, send your completed Registration Add and Drop Form to:

Forms received during business hours will be processed on the same day. Forms received after hours will be processed the following business day. This may impact deadlines and refunds.
To ensure your request is processed:
- Ensure mailed forms are received before the published deadlines.
- Check your Ozone account to confirm your schedule change has been processed.
Registering by Fax
To add or drop a course, fax your completed Registration Add and Drop Form to Student Financial Services at (567) 661-7414.
Forms received during business hours will be processed on the same day. Forms received after hours will be processed the following business day. This may impact deadlines and refunds.

- Ensure faxed forms are received before the published deadlines.
- Check your Ozone account to confirm your schedule change has been processed.
Need To Drop a Class?
You can drop a course or all courses—without academic penalty—before the published deadline. Stopping attendance does not count as a withdrawal. You must officially submit the drop via Ozone or a Registration Add and Drop Form.
Make sure to keep track of add/drop dates and drop any classes on time. You can submit forms in person, by mail or by fax to Student Financial Services. You’ll receive confirmation once your request is processed.
