Implicit bias is when we have attitudes toward people or associate stereotypes with them without our conscious knowledge. Therefore, implicit biases can predict how we behave. This can impact those who are in the teaching and social work professions, but it really impacts all professions. Learn more about implicit bias and how you can become more aware of how you treat people when you encounter them.
