2025 Passages Juried High School Art Show @ Walter E. Terhune Gallery

Owens Community College’s Creative Arts and Media Department invite local High School Student Artists to enter their work in our High School Juried Art Show titled “Passages.” The exhibition will take place in the Rotunda of the Center for Fine and Performing Arts Building on the Owens Community College Campus. This is an opportunity for High School Student Artists in the community to participate in a juried art exhibit and to win Owens Community College Merit Scholarships. “Passages” is open to high school students working in Fine Art, Photography, Commercial Art, Video and Animation. The Visual Arts faculty of Owens Community College will jury the exhibit and prizes will be awarded at the opening reception.

Noah Budin and the Promised Band @ Center for Fine and Performing Arts Theatre

Owens Community College presents Noah Budin and the Promised Band in concert. It’s the third concert in the 9th Annual Accent on the Arts concert series. Accent on the Arts is a free concert series designed, booked, promoted and presented by Music Business Technology students.

Enjoy an evening of bluegrass, folk and old-time Americana music, featuring fiddle, mandolin, guitar, string bass, banjo and vocals. The band has been performing in Ohio and Michigan since 2006.
