Experience the arts at the Owens Community College Center for Fine and Performing Arts (CFPA)! From live theater and music concerts to art exhibits, our stage and gallery spaces bring creativity to life.

The CFPA features our Mainstage Theatre, rotunda, music studios, dance studios and the Walter E. Terhune Art Gallery. This venue is available for rent and hosts student theatrical and musical productions as well as community performances.

Sculpture Walk

The Sculpture Walk is a rotating outdoor art exhibition that showcases new sculptures each year by artists from within a 50-mile radius of Owens Community College.

Throughout the year, we’ll host events and activities that bring the Owens community together through art. We invite you to join us!

Architecture Complements Arts and Academics

The CFPA is sculptural in shape, with geometrical curves and cylindrical elements.

Rotunda

The main entrance opens into the Rotunda, which features a glassed, two-story circular staircase. The awe-inspiring “Owens Rings,” created by world-renowned Philadelphia artist Ray King, captures the abundant sunlight.

Mainstage Theatre

The Mainstage Theatre is a 526-seat proscenium-style performance space. It hosts a variety of events each year, including theatrical and dance performances, concerts, recitals and conference presentations.

Studio Theatre

The 50-seat Studio Theatre serves as a lecture hall, large-ensemble rehearsal space, recital hall and black-box theatre.

Walter E. Terhune Art Gallery

The 1,300-square-foot gallery features diverse, vibrant visual art created by faculty, students and community members.
