Save Money With Our 3-Year Tuition Guarantee
Reduce the time and cost of earning your associate degree with our Tuition Guarantee. This program locks in your tuition rate for three years or until you complete your degree—whichever comes first.
To qualify, you must take at least 15 credit hours per semester. The Tuition Guarantee helps you finish faster, get into the workforce or transfer sooner, and spend more time doing what you love.

Ohio Residency
If you are not an Ohio resident, non-resident tuition will be charged according to the Ohio Board of Regents Residency Rule 3333-1-10.

Delinquent Account Policy
Owens Community College reserves the right to adjust tuition and fees—including instructional, general, laboratory, and other mandatory or optional fees—when necessary and without prior notice.
Official transcripts are withheld until you have paid all balances in full or set up an approved payment plan. Under Ohio law (Ohio Revised Code 131.02), Owens must send past-due balances to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office for collection.
You are responsible for reimbursing Owens for any collection fees (which may be a percentage of the debt) and all related costs, including reasonable attorney fees, as allowed by Ohio law.
