Many of the Nursing and Health Professions programs at Owens are “Selective Health” programs, which means space is limited and admission is competitive.
To get started, apply to Owens first and then submit your program application. Admission is based on a point-based review of your academic record.

Admissions and Records Forms
These forms will help you get started, stay on track and reach your goals:
- College Credit Plus Forms: If you are a high school student, complete these forms to earn college credits while finishing high school.
- FERPA Forms: Take control of your student records and determine who can access your information.
- GED Transcript Request: Send your official Ohio GED transcript to Owens.
- International Students: Find step-by-step guidance and resources if you’re applying from outside the U.S.
- Records Forms: Update your personal info, request transcripts, verify enrollment or handle other record needs.
- Transcript Request Form: Request your Owens transcript or have it sent to another school or employer.
