Jeremy Meier, chair of Fine and Performing Arts, will share a free preview of his one-man show, “Toward Splendid Misery,” which presents Thomas Jefferson reflecting upon the American Revolution and the writing of the Declaration of Independence. Sampling from portions of the show, the presentation will be part performance and part discussion, as Meier talks about the research, writing and acting components.
