Head over College Hall for a De-Stress Sesh on Thursday, Dec. 4 between 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Unwind and relax after a long semester with drop-in yoga, meditation, tea, music, crafts and complimentary professional massages. Sessions will be held in College Hall rooms 151, 152 and 153.
