Feeling a bit of stress? Let’s take care of that! Join us for the semester’s end De-Stress Sesh on Tuesday, April 29, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in Heritage Hall 123.

We’re running drop-in meditation and yoga all day long. Stop by for a cup of tea and a snack, make your own miniature Zen garden to cultivate serenity and enjoy a complimentary professional massage.
