The Health Information Technology (HIT) program is hosting a Health Literacy Awareness event at various location around the Toledo-area Campus on Wednesday, Oct. 29 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. HIT students will present valuable information on improving health literacy at these locations:

  • Healthcare Education Center corridor
  • Student Health and Activities Center hallway
  • College Hall Library hallway
  • Fireside Grill hallway

Topics will include managing your health, navigating the healthcare system and communicating effectively with healthcare providers.
