Health Information Technology students will present information and helpful tips about health literacy during an event from 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. on Monday, October 28, at various locations throughout the Toledo-area Campus.
Health literacy can help you manage your health, navigate the healthcare system and communicate effectively with healthcare providers while empowering informed decisions and advocating for you well-being and that of your loved ones.

Amber Chuhy-Caldeira, assistant dean of law admissions for the University of Toledo’s College of Law, will provide information on the university’s application process and available scholarships for law students.
A representative from the University of Toledo’s College of Law will be on the Owens Community College Toledo-area Campus between 11 a.m.-12 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30.
Amber Chuhy-Caldeira, the assistant dean for Law Admissions, will provide information on the college’s admissions process as well as scholarships and other opportunities.
