Since 2014, Jill of All Trades has been providing hands-on experiences to young people in Canada in grades 9-12 to introduce them to the possibilities of a career in skilled trades, including advanced manufacturing and transportation. The day-long event aims to inspire these young people by providing a safe and engaging learning environment through workshops led by industry and college mentors. This collaborative endeavor allows us to send a consistent message to young people, increase college enrollment in trades and apprenticeships, retain skilled trades workers, grow capacity and address diversity.
