Birds and Sky
August 27-October 16
Opening Reception: August 27, 5-7 p.m.
Northwest Ohio is referred to as the Warbler Capitol of the World. This unlikely title is celebrated each year by The Black Swamp Bird Observatory, which organizes “The Biggest Week in American Birding.” This art exhibition will celebrate the importance and the beauty of birds in Northwest Ohio.
Sculpture Walk Opening Celebration
September 3, 5-7 p.m.
Join us outside to celebrate the new Owens Community College Sculpture Walk. Meet us in the CFPA Courtyard area to enjoy the beautiful sculptures installed around the pond and engage with the artists who created the pieces. Watch out for announcements about engagement activities throughout the year!
Indefinite Particulars
November 5-December 11
Opening Reception: November 5, 5-7 p.m.
Indefinite Particulars explores the spaces that emerge where identity, perception, order and contradiction intersect. Both artists, Xuanyi Wang and Kevin Schroeder, work with representational imagery, yet approach the human experience from different perspectives, focusing on aspects that resist singular or fixed definitions.

2027 Artist in Residence Art Exhibition

Opening Reception: June 3, 5-7 p.m.
The AnR Program invites local artists in the Greater Toledo Area to spend the summer at the Owens Community College Center for Fine and Performing Arts (CFPA). The artist will have the opportunity to use the studio spaces, instruct workshops or classes, display artwork in the Walter E. Terhune Art Gallery or perform in the CFPA Mainstage Theatre.
