She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Biology and Chemistry at Lebanon Valley College in central Pennsylvania, which is about 15 minutes down the road from Hershey (as in “Hershey’s Chocolate” and “Hersheypark”—a smaller version of Cedar Point).
Although she has lived in Ohio for many years, now, she is a Pennsylvania native, born and raised in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachian Mountain chain. Ms. Minke loves spending time with her husband, family and friends (and 20-year-old Siamese kitty!), discovering new places, meeting new people, learning new things, volunteering (community, school, church, Leadership Toledo), reading, gardening, Star Trek, sunset walks on the beach and the color blue.
