How to Set Up Proxy Access

Some organizations require verification of registration, grades and other information. You can allow them to view your academic record by granting proxy access.

How to Make an Online Vendor Payment

• Find the Vendor ID and Invoice Number located on your billing invoice. Invoice numbers begin with the letter “S” followed by 7 digits. View examples of department billing invoices (PDF).
• Log in to the Owens e-commerce portal using the vendor ID and invoice number.
• Select “Pay Now” to make a payment by Master Card, Visa, Discover or e-check.
• The portal will redirect you to a secure and compliant payment form.
• The payment will be posted to the Owens account the next business day.

Owens does not store any card or account information. Online credit card and e-check payments are processed through a platform that complies with all Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
