You’re invited to the Terrace View Café for unique dining experiences, crafted by our chef-instructors and culinary students.

These events give students hands-on experience applying their culinary and event-planning skills through themed lunches featuring student-created menus, décor and service.

Unless noted below, service hours are 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., with the final tables being seated at 12:15 p.m.

The all-inclusive price of $11 is payable by cash or check only. Credit and debit cards are not accepted

Last Dinner on the Titanic

Join FNH241 Catering and Banquet Operations students and instructors for a lunch service in the Terrace View Cafe.

The Catering and Banquet Operations class explores the planning, preparation and service of themed events, including weddings, private parties and special occasions. Students create the menu and determine the event setting and décor.
