Institutional Research
Support for Strategic Initiatives
The primary purpose of the Office of Institutional Research is to provide data and information to support strategic initiatives. The IR Office coordinates state and federal reporting that helps prospective students, administrators and policy makers easily access information about Owens State Community College and the larger system of higher education at both state and federal levels.
Much of this data is publicly available through the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) and IPEDS. These data and more-detailed data and reports are maintained internally in visualizations specific to Owens and their strategic initiatives.
Disclaimer: It is important to note that the information on this web site may differ from data reported by the Office of Institutional Research to other federal, state and regional agencies due to differences in reporting guidelines, reporting definitions, and the timing of when the information was prepared.
