Feasibility Study
Owens Community College is conducting a feasibility study to assess the potential for a physical location in the City of Toledo, as the College’s mission is to ensure access to higher education, and approximately 30 percent of the College’s population comes from within the City of Toledo.
It is important to understand current industry and student needs.
