Computer Systems Technologies & Support Program Outcomes

Upon completion of the program, students will be able to:

  1. Identify Information Systems-related problems and to document and recommend a solution demonstrating both effective research and documentation skills.
  2. Effectively communicate both orally and/or in written form with management, team members or customers.
  3. Install and maintain secure computer hardware and systems software.
  4. Demonstrate knowledge and ability to support applications, hardware and security.
  5. Identify and demonstrate understanding of the ethical and legal issues that impact technology.
  6. Earn IT Industry Certifications to demonstrate their skills learned and build their credentials for employment and further study.
