Thank you for partnering with Owens Community College! Please complete the forms below to request future College Credit Plus classes.

All course requests must be approved by the corresponding academic department. Students must meet all pre- and co-requisite requirements for registration and participation. In accordance with College Credit Plus requirements, high school instructors will be observed in the classroom.
