The Center for Emergency Preparedness (CEP) is the Premier All-Hazards National Training Facility located at Owens Community College. The dynamic changes in our world combined with the economic issues we face create a critical challenge for the men and women who serve each day to protect and serve our communities and to secure our domestic and national interests.
