Technical Arts Expo Day
Friday, Sept. 25 | 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
This is a great opportunity to explore the Center for Fine and Performing Arts, including the broadcast studio, Owens Community College Radio (OCCR) station, recording studios, animation labs and more. Learn more about careers in music business technology, animation, visual communication and related fields.
Business Expo Day
Friday, Sept. 25 | 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Considering a business career? This is a great way to explore the various programs and pathways Owens offers, including accounting, business management, marketing and sales. Learn about internship opportunities available to students and pathways to transfer to a four-year degree.
Culinary Arts Expo Day
Friday, Sept. 25 | 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
This is your chance to explore the state-of-the-art culinary kitchens, baking labs and the Terrace View Cafe on the Owens campus. Learn about careers in culinary arts, experience the facilities firsthand and get your questions answered.
STEM Expo Day
Friday, Nov. 13 | 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Explore careers in STEM at Owens. Tour the Dana Center and participate in hands-on activities in state-of-the-art labs, including advanced manufacturing, robotics and electrical technologies. Learn about career opportunities in computer programming, networking and other STEM fields.
Nursing and Health Professions Expo Day
Friday, Nov. 20 | 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This is a great opportunity to see our newest facility, the Healthcare Education Center. At the Expo Day, guests will have the chance to see the state-of-the-art labs and classrooms, meet faculty and staff and learn about the selective health admissions process. Whether you are interested in dental hygiene, ultrasound, nursing or one of our other in-demand health majors, this day will be a great opportunity to get your questions answered.
