How to Enroll in a Class

Learn how to get started and register for classes through the Owens (Aspire) College and Career Readiness Center.

How to Sign Up for Classes

You have two options to get started:

Option 1: Call Us

Call us at (567) 661-2227. Our staff will help you:

Option 2: Register Online

Follow these steps:

  1.  View available class days, times and locations with the ASPIRE Site Schedule.

  2. Enroll in a program offered by Owens Community College through the Owens Aspire Registration Portal.
  3. Submit your registration form:
    1. Click “Get Started.”
    2. Create an online account.
    3. Complete the student intake form.
    4. Wait for someone to contact you to schedule a required orientation if you haven’t already scheduled one by phone (it may take seven to ten days to respond if you have not contacted us previously). IMPORTANT: While filling out the online registration form:
      1. When you reach the WIOA Partner Programs section, select “None of the Above” (see screenshot below).

      2. When you encounter the selection titled Where are you completing this form?, select “On my own and would like to be contacted with registration information” to let us know you haven’t scheduled an orientation and would like a follow-up (see screenshot below).

    You’re finished when you’ve submitted your application.

Required Orientation

We offer students both face-to-face and remote learning options. All students must attend a two-day in-person orientation before attending either type of class.

You will need WIFI, an Internet-connectable device and a Gmail account to participate in online education.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to current federal regulations, all students participating in any of our Aspire classes will be required to show documentation of U.S. Legal Status Verification. Please see the forms of currently acceptable documentation (PDF) that must be presented at orientation or before official enrollment in Aspire classes. Students may not be served or enrolled in Aspire classes without approved documentation. The documentation requirements and evaluation process are subject to change without notice.
