The Owens Library will promote books with similar themes during the month the film is shown.

Fall 2026 Film Challenge

October 9-11 | Kickoff is October 9 in CH 153

Back by popular demand…the Oregon Road (ORFS) Film Challenge! The ORFS Film Challenge gives participating teams a 54-hour period in which to create a short (3-8 minutes) film with a specific theme.

The filming for the fall semester FREE challenge will start at noon on October 9 and run until 8 p.m. on October 11.

The official rules are TBA.

Rules for promotion are TBA

Please join us for the kickoff meeting on October 9 in TBA at noon.  If you want to participate but don’t have a team, please come, and we will get you set up with one.
