Join Our Culinary Arts Students for a Luncheon in the Terrace View Café!

These events are an opportunity for students to apply the historical development of various cuisines and the industry principles and techniques covered in the classroom.

Each event will include a student-driven menu as well as a predetermined facility setting and decoration.

Time

Service hours are 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., with the final tables being seated at 12:15 p.m., unless noted on the menu page.

Cost

Cash and checks are the only accepted forms of payment for the all-inclusive price of $11. Credit or debit cards are not accepted.
