Transcripts

High School Transcript, Translated Into English

At a minimum, we require a copy of your high school transcript, translated into English. If you are in your senior year of high school, we will accept transcripts showing you are currently a high school senior. Once you graduate, we will need a copy of your complete high school transcript.

College or University Transcripts, if Applicable, Translated Into English

If you have attended a US college or university, please also submit your official transcripts.

Students who have completed college/university level courses outside the United States and want to transfer credits to Owens Community College must have their transcripts evaluated by an accredited evaluation agency. See a list of accredited evaluation service providers.

Owens will review credits upon receipt of all documents from the Academic Credential Service and conduct the transcript evaluation

Transfer of foreign credits may not be guaranteed.

Deferred Payment Plan

The Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) offers eligible students the opportunity to defer payment of tuition and fees over a four-month period for fall and spring semesters and a three-month period for the summer semester.

Please note that certain fees are not covered by government scholarships. Review your scholarship regulations for guidelines.
